Q. How do I make a report that has exactly what I want on it?

 A. You can generate all kinds of predefined reports and lists within the
      program. Also, customized lists and reports can be created easily using
      the mail merge and word processor included in the program. For example,
      generate candidate walk/phone sheets for canvassing voters in a specific
      residential area, by demographic group.

 Q. What if I want to add information about a voter that isn’t included
      as standard?

 A. You can add to the standard data fields that are provided (vital statistics
      etc.) easily and quickly. Additional fields are available to be customized
      for any potential requirement.

 Q. How do I get a list of voters in the seniors age group in a certain
      residential area who need assistance getting to the polls, or
      another complex set of data?

 A. No matter how simple or complex the question, our user friendly
      ‘grouping’ query will return exactly the information you require, without
      the need for programming or complex code - just drag and drop.

 Q. I don’t like using my credit card to order things from the Web.
      What other options do I have?

 Q. I have a very complex printing requirement - can I mail merge
      with this program?

 A. If you need to produce a complex document that requires special forms
      or layout, the data for that merge can be exported from Campaign
      Commander to the word processor or spreadsheet of your choice .

 Q. Can I convert my old data so I don’t have to enter it all over again?

 A. You can import any data in .dbf format into Campaign Commander (any
      database file, excel spreadsheet, or comma delimited text file). We will
      convert other data types to .dbf format for you for a small fee - please
      contact us for more details.

 Q. We will have multiple team members using the campaign office,
      and need to be sure our data is accurate. Can your program cope
      with multiple users?

 A. Campaign Commander is available in a variety of licensing options, and
      can be installed on stand alone systems, on a network, and accessed by

 Q. How can I easily find out the number of voters in a particular group?

 A. A count can be obtained for any group of records at a touch of a button.

 Q. How can I ensure the accuracy of the data when there are so many
      people using the system?

 A. Campaign Commander is so easy to use, the average learning curve is 30
      minutes for a new user. Using a program correctly prevents many user
      errors. Additionally, you can limit fields to data from a ‘pick list’ which you
      set up, to ensure accuracy of data entry. Setting classes of users will
      allow the administrator to limit access to the data, preventing accidental
      deletion, and protecting confidential or sensitive data.

 Q. I like what I see, but we have really specific needs…I need
      something more tailored.

 A. The administrator can customize most of the data fields outside of vital

 Q. Sometimes we have to locate people with a minimum of information.

 A. Use the built in query features to find exactly the record you are looking for.
      As you put information in a data field, it will retrieve all the records that
      match the information you entered. You can easily narrow your search to
      find the right record.

 Q. We have to find people really quickly when they phone - can your
      system do that?

 A. Start typing the last name in the appropriate field and it will autofill with the
      rest of the details, finding the record as you type. You will have retrieved
      the caller’s information before they have finished giving you all of
      their details!
